The Daring Way:™ Living Wholeheartedly
Based on the research of Brené Brown

The group focuses on identifying what is holding you back in your life and how to develop the skill set needed to live a more courageous and connected life. The material is based on the life work of Dr. Brené Brown in the area of shame and vulnerability. The Daring Way™ group is designed to help participants build resilience to shame, foster self-compassion as well as learn the key elements to living a wholehearted life.

The group is interactive, focusing on helping you identify and transform:
What is holding you back from living the life you desire
How to develop the skills to live your life with courage, compassion and joy
How to integrate these new skills into your life and increase your confidence and sense of self
Deepening your connection to yourself and the people you love
